As of 1 January 2026, companies in Belgium will be required to send B2B invoices electronically via PEPPOL. Standard PDF invoices sent by email will no longer be sufficient.

We are also transitioning to electronic invoicing through the PEPPOL network, allowing us to send and receive invoices in a more secure and reliable way.
