The latest version of Annexes 2 and 10 of the Swiss Ordinance on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food entered into force on 1 July 2025.

This concerns version 3.3 of:

• the list of substances authorized for the manufacture of plastic materials and articles, as well as the related requirements (Annex 2);
• the list of substances authorized for the manufacture of printing inks for packaging, as well as the related requirements (Annex 10).
